How to cancel an order as a reseller ?

To cancel an order, you need to contact the supplier directly and as soon as possible — orders are processed quickly once transmitted.


Contact the supplier and provide them with:

  • The customer name
  • The order ID
  • Any other relevant order details

Please note: If the supplier has already processed or shipped the order, cancellation may no longer be possible.
