How does stock synchronisation work ?

Stock levels are synchronised in real time between the supplier and your webshop. We update the exact stock numbers provided by the supplier.

• If a product goes out of stock at the supplier, the stock is updated to 0 in your webshop
• Whether a product with 0 stock remains purchasable depends on your webshop settings (e.g. backorders on/off)
• If the product comes back in stock, the updated stock level is automatically synced again
• If a product is removed from the supplier's assortment, the connection is automatically disconnected and the product is set back to draft/concept in your webshop — so it is no longer actively sold

No manual action is required on your end.
