How to update your Stripe account for automatic payment ?

If you need to change the Stripe account connected to your Droppery account for automatic payments, here is how to do it:

1. If your current Stripe connection is linked to a bank account

Please contact us so we can reset the current Stripe connection on your account.

Once the reset has been completed, you will be able to connect a new bank card or Stripe account.

2. If Stripe has not been set up yet

Go to:

Droppery → Settings → Automatic Payments / Stripe

From there, you can complete the Stripe setup process.

Please note: Changing your Stripe account will affect all future automatic payments. Make sure the new account is correctly set up before making the switch. If you run into any issues, contact us at info@droppery.io.
