How to manage product returns?

Returns are managed on a case-by-case basis and directly with the supplier.

This is a BtoB relationship between the supplier and the retailer.

The reason for the exchange determines whether or not the product can be returned. If the product is damaged during delivery, the supplier is responsible. If the customer changes his mind about the product, it's a different matter.
