Generating an API token in BigCommerce:

  • In your BigCommerce admin environment, go to Settings > API > Store-level API accounts.
  • Click "Create API account".
  • Set "Token type" to "V2/V3 API-token".
  • Give the account a name, for example "Droppery".
  • Set the following OAuth-scopes to "modify":
    • Orders.
    • Order transactions.
    • Products.
    • Store Inventory.
    • Order Fulfillment.
  • Click "Save".
  • In the downloaded file, find "API PATH" and copy its value to Droppery.


Adding BigCommerce API credentials to Droppery:

  • In the downloaded file from BigCommerce, find the Access Token.
  • Copy the Access Token.
  • Paste the Access Token into the Authorisation token field in Droppery.
  • In the downloaded file, find the API Path.
  • Copy the API Path.
  • Paste the API Path into the API Path field in Droppery.
  • Click Submit to save the credentials.


You can now use Droppery and all the features involved.
