Settings
The Settings tab is divided into six subsections: Basic Information, Shipping, Profile, Sendcloud, Data Source, Translations.
- Basic information
In this subsection there are fields for all the important details about your business, such as address and contact details, bank and tax details, a description and your product categories.
Further down, you'll find settings such as units of measurement for weight and dimensions, whether products should be identified by their SKU or EAN, and when the invoice is due. Additionally, there are options to enable or disable placeholder descriptions, automatic billing as well as syncing retail prices and supplier prices separately.
Remember: each change must be confirmed by pressing “Submit”
- Shipping
Here you can fill in information about your shipping services.
The tracking base URL designates the base part, which is consistent between track and trace commands.
For example, if your supplier uses DHL as their shipping service provider, they can fill in “https://my.dhlparcel.nl/home/tracktrace/”, the rest of the track and trace URL will be populated at that time. of the respective order.
Further down, you'll find settings such as synchronize shippingcost with your data connection, block orders from unconfigured countries, block orders when there is no stock

You can then choose the indexing variable for your delivery costs, whether it be the total value, the dimensions, or the weight.
Now, all you have to do is select the countries you can deliver to and the shpiing costs you apply. You can, of course, differentiate prices according to country and offer several prices for the same country depending on the variable selected previously.
- Profile
As a supplier, you always decide under what conditions a retailer can work with you. In this subsection a number of relevant details can be listed, which will be presented to an interested retailer.
This includes terms and conditions, if there are any notable details that a business partner should be aware of.
In the Return Conditions, a guideline must be defined, which indicates under what circumstances you accept a return.
With Delivery Times, you can specify typical shipping times. It is advisable to be as detailed as possible when these times differ from one country to another.
Finally, a supplier can define whether products are allowed to be sold on third-party marketplaces such as eBay or Amazon and whether you produce private label or white label products.
