How do I receive and process orders from resellers ?

When a reseller's customer places an order, you will be able to see it directly in the Orders section of your Droppery account.

If your own webshop or ERP is connected to Droppery, all the order information will also appear there automatically. If you’re a user of Open API, Magento 2, or a ERP such as Logic4 or Exact Online; if you put the debtor number in the profile, the order will be automatically transferred to th debtor profile in your system.

Once you receive the order, simply fulfill it as you would for any other customer — Droppery takes care of transmitting all the necessary information to the reseller's side.
