How do I find the track & trace information for a specific order ?

If you are working via an API or connected data source, tracking information is typically added there and automatically synced back to Droppery. If no data source is connected, you can also add the track & trace information directly in Droppery.

If you use Droppery logistics; this will be taken care of by Droppery automatically.

If you want to see the tracking links, you can always open the specific order in the Orders section of your Droppery dashboard to view the tracking details.
