How do I configure my shipping costs and delivery zones ?

Shipping is configured in two places in your Droppery account:


Settings → Shipping

Here you can define your shipping prices for each country you deliver to. You can base your rates on variables such as product (wholesale) price, weight or dimensions, and create price brackets accordingly.


Your Profile

In your profile, you can provide additional information such as:

  • Your general terms and conditions
  • Your return conditions
  • Your delivery times
  • Whether you allow resellers to sell your products on marketplaces
  • Whether you allow resellers to white label your products
