What to do if an order is not in Droppery?
if you can't see an order in Droppery's order section you can:
- check if it has been validated on your site. Otherwise, it cannot be created on our platform.
- check the log connection, there may be an error code. If so, please refer to the article What do the error codes in the log connection correspond to?
- If you're on Shopify, check the version you're using. Orders can only be managed if you are on a plan higher than the shopify basic plan.
You can contact us at info@droppery.io. Please share with us the SKU and the order ID. You can find it in the URL of your online store, after opening the order
